Preparation Instructions

Cooking Instructions: Microwave oven for 1000 Watt Microwave oven. Remove meal from cardboard pack. Microwave meal on HIGH (100%) power for 6 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Allow to stand for 1 - 2 minutes. Carefully peel off protective film and serve. (Note: Heating times may vary with model of oven). Conventional / fan forced oven Preheat oven to 180° (350° F). Remove frozen meal from cardboard pack. Place meal on oven tray in the centre of the oven. Heat for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove meal from the oven. Allow to stand 1 - 2 minutes. Carefully peel off protective film and serve. (Note: Dish may melt if placed too close to heating element).
