Preparation Instructions
Microwave Oven (800-1000W): Place 250g of frozen international stir-fry mix in a microwave-proof dish. Do not add water. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 minutes. Stir and cook for a further 2 minutes. Drain and serve. Guideline only - cooking time will vary with make, model and age of microwave oven. The vegetables should be piping hot. Stir-fry: Heat a little oil (about 2 tablespoons) in a wok or frying pan. Add the frozen international stir-fry mix. Cook over high heat, stirring often, for approximately 5 minutes or until the vegetables are piping hot and just tender.

Product must be cooked before use.
Storage Instructions
Keep frozen. Store at -18°C or colder. Do not thaw before cooking. Do not refreeze once thawed.
