Preparation Instructions
Preparation Directons Hot Directions: Place 3 heaped teaspoons into a cup, add 200 mL of hot water and stir. Add an extra teaspoon if using a mug. Cold Directions: Pour 200 mL of cold water into a shaker, add 3 well rounded teaspoons and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. *When made as directed with water Ovaltine Light Break is 99% fat free.
